1. Add 15% to above rates if you choose to pay by credit card

2. Please add 16% local tax.

3. For weekly rates apply 20% discount to above rates.

4. Weekly/monthly room rates must be paid by cash or travelers checks upon arrival (no exceptions)

5. Please add $10 to above rates for each additional person. Children under 5 years old stay for free and children 5-12 are half price.

6. Minimum $25 cancellation service charge per reservation per room.

7. Minimum one night charge for cancellation with less than 3 days notice
